Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required. Set up your menu, take live orders, and only add billing details when you decide to keep going.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate on your invoice, and your invoices are always available to download for your accountant.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard and your billing is prorated automatically — you only ever pay for what you use.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Paying annually saves you roughly two months compared with paying month to month. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your dashboard.
What counts as a venue?
A venue is a trading branch — one physical location taking orders. Each venue gets its own menus, printers, staff and reporting, and multi-venue plans roll everything up into one account.
How much does hardware cost?
Nothing from us — you bring your own hardware. Retail Pack runs in any modern browser and on our desktop terminal, and works with standard receipt printers and cash drawers you may already own. Dojo and Teya card machines come from those providers directly.
